WHY BUILT TO LAST?Â
In October 2020, after hitting no better than a $4k month, I decided I needed a new approach for my business.
I quieted the "you have to scale through high ticket" jargon every coach was blasting and (strategically) did things my way...
I launched a $397 course and hit my first $12k launch + $10k month with that course.
It could have stopped there. My income could have dramatically dipped the next month, but it didn't.
I focused on what mattered. I was thinking long-term. I knew I was meant for more, and I was determined to create it.
After that, I created a new offer that sold out within 2 weeks. Then created my first group program which generated $15k the first launch.
I had a repeatable strategy for crafting and scaling offers, I built a strategic customer journey and...that shit worked.
By May 2021 I was celebrating hitting 6 figures, having a $30k launch on a new program, and working with more clients than ever before.
I didn't reinvent the wheel. I continued to expand my business model to hold more cash and serve more clients. I refined my product suite and customer journey. I double down on REPEATABLE strategies that sell.
By May 2022 I was celebrating hitting multiple 6 figures, doing $70K in sales during Q1, serving over 100 people in my paid offers and building a business I'm damn proud of.
We just wrapped up May 2024 and my income has not only doubled in cash received since 2022 - it's tripled.
The goal for me was never to hit one $10k month, but to create a business that continues to expand alongside me, one that supports me, that helps me serve more people, that allows me to make more money than I would have ever deemed as possible.
